Most organizations are struggling with how to manage the diversity of their workforce. Demographic shifts in the population related to age, gender, race, religion, nationality and ethnicity, etc. are presenting organizations with challenges and opportunities many are not equipped to manage. How can coaching help manage diversity and further intercultural sensitivity by fostering the ability to interact successfully with people who are culturally different? How is coaching integral to the process by which corporations can move forward to the next generation of workers successfully and with accountability? This issue will explore the various aspects of cross-cultural coaching in today’s global reality.
